Taste Test Instructions
- The optimum flavors for the taste test are pale ales or bitters (beers
with hops).
- Pour a full glass of beer from the existing faucet (do not let the
taster drink from this beer first, as it will taint their palate).
- Pour a full glass of beer from the Stainless OneTM faucet.
- First taste beer from the Stainless One faucet sample.
- Instruct the taster to take a mouth full of beer and have them
swish it around their mouth.
- Have the taster wait one minute after drinking the sample. They
should notice no aftertaste.
- Taste the beer from the old faucet.
- Instruct the taster to take a mouth full of beer and have them
swish it around their mouth.
- Have the taster wait one minute after tasting the sample. They
should notice a metallic aftertaste.
- Present the two glasses showing the difference in C02
bubbles in each of the glasses.
- The emphasis of the taste test discussion should focus on the three
primary benefits:
- Lack of metallic after taste due to the stainless steel construction.
- CO2 retention in the glass, due to the patented fluid
design.
- Lower bacteria count over time, because no air enters the faucet.
The beer stays in the nozzle, right to the tip of the black nozzle.
Pour Beer Better, Pour Better Beer.
