We
set out to preserve the taste of draft beer from keg to glass. With input
from brewmasters, beer equipment installation companies, and beer line
cleaning companies we discovered the three problems with the standard beer
faucet, and the effect that that these problems have on taste,
maintenance,
and profitability.
After years of development we ended up with a patented beer faucet. We
call it the Stainless OneTM beer faucet. We also have patented beer dispensing
towers.
We eliminated the three problems which currently affect the taste
of draft beer:
- The growth of yeast and bacteria inside the faucet
- The loss of CO2 during the pouring process
- The leaching of copper and lead from brass
